As you can see from the model, the shoulder folds disappear and new folds appear at the neckline. The lower folds are not changed. To start, copy the base pattern from the shoulder to the waistline.
Step 1
Draw a guideline which will be used to modify the shoulder fold.
Step 2
Rotate the pink part of the pattern above the left part.
Step 3
Split the left part into three pieces as in the figure.
Step 4
Rotate to the right the pink and lilac parts until the pink part is realigned with the the bottom part of the pattern.
